Job summary

Digicel Bonaire is seeking a Store Executive to lead in-store sales and promote Digicel as the home of data. You will educate customers about data benefits on Digicel’s network and work to raise data usage against targets, while troubleshooting data and device issues as needed.

You will also support the store team in implementing and maintaining all services and products, handling escalations, coordinating with the Product Department, and delivering timely reports to the Retail Manager and Head

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience.
• HAVO or equivalent degree required (C&C Level 1 or GCE A Levels).
• Telecoms or Computer Science certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by building relationships with clients.
• Package and present solutions verbally or in writing.
• Explain promotions to customers.
• Drive sales and maintain customer relationships with team.
• Create and maintain digital database of retail contracts.
• Assist with product/service queries and UAT testing.
• Provide detailed reports to Retail Manager.
• Handle daily escalations from store team, CAM and others.
• Escalate and follow up on network/product issues per SLA.
