Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company and its Smart Maintenance Tools team is seeking a Data Administrator. You will operate data in ERP, PIM, and Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely retrieval while supporting business cases with regional and divisional collaboration.

Responsibilities include monitoring data usage, contributing to data management strategies, resolving data issues, and maintaining data completeness and consistency across systems to enable reliable decision-making.

Qualifications

• Able to work in several data systems, like ERP, PIM system, Excel etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate data in assigned systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely retrieval of data.
• Support the development of business cases and concepts in cooperation with the business, regions and divisions and monitor realization from an operational perspective.
• Monitor data usage and develop strategies to optimize data resources.
• Contribute to the implementation of data management strategies.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of data-related issues, enhancing data quality and reliability.
• Administer data resources within the company to ensure completeness and consistency of data.
