Job summary

MCO Health BV (part of the Nestlé group) in Almere is seeking a Data Management Analyst to govern and improve master data for manufacturing operations. You will ensure data quality, structure, and consistency, enabling reliable reporting across international teams within a governance framework.

In this hands-on role you’ll analyze data, reconcile information, and support reporting needs with SAP master data and Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience working with data in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data quality, standards, validation and maintenance.
• Hands-on SAP experience with master or transactional data.
• Experience with Power BI and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve quality, structure and consistency of operational data.
• Support data governance rules within Operations and IT.
• Perform data analysis, validation and reconciliation for reporting and decisions.
• Work with SAP data structures across systems.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
