Introduction

The Security Culture Program at ASML helps strengthen awareness, decision-making, and positive behaviors across a global organization. Within this program, the Behavioral Insights Workstream uses data to better understand behavioral outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives. As an intern, you will help transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights that support measurement, learning, and future program development. You will work with real business data, identify meaningful patterns, and help improve how behavioral insights are communicated across the organization. This internship offers the opportunity to combine analytics, behavioral understanding, and business impact in an international environment.

Your assignment

During this internship, you will contribute to behavioral measurement and analytics activities that help improve understanding of organizational behavior. You will support the preparation, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data while helping develop meaningful insights for stakeholders. You will also explore opportunities to enhance current measurement approaches and reporting practices.

This is a bachelor or master (non-thesis) internship for minimum 6 months, possible to extend to 12 months in total. Minimum 4 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is as of September/October.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

• Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Have a strong interest in data-driven decision-making and behavioral insights

• Are proactive and take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Are collaborative and comfortable working with different stakeholders
• Have experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
