Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Data Privacy Steward to support privacy activities across the hub, identifying and cataloguing data assets and driving improvements in data privacy, governance and security for clients worldwide.

You will work with Privacy Champions, the Data Privacy Office and business teams to resolve client concerns, coordinate local privacy training, document vendors and proprietary systems, assess GDPR compliance, and help shape privacy strategy across markets and brands.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of master data management, governance, profiling and cataloguing.
• Experience with data development, engineering or data science teams.
• Understanding of digital data, ad tech, analytics, programmatic performance, audience and ad verification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools outside current experience.
• Strong program management skills and clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across different levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions on GDPR, data privacy and data security for client teams.
• Coordinate resolutions with Privacy Champions and Privacy Office.
• Assist in coordinating local data privacy training and advocate for local privacy needs.
• Document vendors and proprietary systems, keeping files up to date.
• Identify hub-owned systems and ensure local systems are GDPR compliant.
• Facilitate privacy and security assessments with system owners.
• Monitor implementation of recommendations from Privacy Champions and Office.
• Identify local vendors and support contract updates as needed.
• Support quality standards, reporting, analysis and audits for governance and security.
• Help market privacy strategies with Data Privacy Program Lead.
