Job summary

MEERAB GROUP is seeking a Data & Insights Consultant to transform data into actionable insights for Private Banking. You will own end-to-end delivery, conduct intake interviews and design analytical solutions, using SQL or Python to deliver data-driven recommendations.

You will lead projects from analysis to implementation across business and IT teams, monitor timelines, and support cross-functional efforts to improve customer journeys, sales conversion and new proposition development.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in analytics or consulting
• Expertise in Databricks and SQL or Python
• HBO/WO level education in a related field
• Fluency in Dutch and business-level proficiency in English
• Strong analytical, storytelling and stakeholder management skills

We are seeking a Data & Insights Consultant to join our team. You will ensure that data is transformed into relevant insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Your work will directly impact both commercial and strategic issues within Private Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process from intake to delivery of data-driven insights for Private Banking.
• Conduct intake interviews, identify information needs and design appropriate analytical solutions.
• Develop and present data analyses using SQL or Python, translating results into actionable recommendations.
• Lead projects that develop data-driven commercial leads and implement them across business and IT teams.
• Monitor timelines and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Support cross-functional teams in improving customer journeys, sales conversion and new proposition development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar analytics or consulting role.
• Proven expertise in Databricks and advanced knowledge of SQL or Python.
• HBO/WO level education in a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and business-level proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of banking processes and data.
• Experience working in Private Banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in developing data pipelines and automation.
