Job summary

Accenture is seeking a dynamic Data Engineer to join our Amsterdam team. You will design and implement cutting-edge data solutions using Azure, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, while building scalable data pipelines and architectures.

Your role collaborates with Fortune 500 clients to deliver high-impact results and keeps pace with evolving tools. We value 3–5 years of experience, strong Python/Scala and SQL skills, and fluent Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

3–5 years of data engineering experience with strong expertise in Azure, Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
Proficiency in Python/Scala, SQL, and modern data architectures (e.g. lake houses, streaming pipelines).
Excellent written and spoken skills in Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

Partner with Fortune 500 clients to design and implement data solutions using Azure, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Design and maintain data pipelines for efficient processing across diverse environments.
Stay ahead by evaluating and integrating the latest data engineering tools and technologies.
Lead projects from data ingestion and transformation to modeling and performance optimization.
