Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking a data engineer to design and implement cutting-edge data solutions for Fortune 500 clients using Azure, Databricks and Fabric.

You will design and maintain data pipelines, stay ahead with the latest tools, and lead projects from ingestion to optimization in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in Azure, Databricks and/or Fabric.
• Proficiency in Python/Scala, SQL.
• Excellent Dutch & English communication.

• Partner with Fortune 500 clients to design and implement cutting-edge data solutions using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for efficient processing in a variety of data environments.

• Lead projects from start to finish: from data ingestion and transformation to modeling and performance optimization.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience: 3-5 years in data engineering, with strong expertise in Azure, Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python/Scala, SQL, and modern data architectures (e.g. lake houses, streaming pipelines). Also exceptional written and spoken skills in Dutch & English.
• Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a passion for making a difference.
