Job summary
Johnson Controls' distribution center in Echt is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Systems & Operations Analyst to connect warehouse operations, business systems and continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT or related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as the link between warehouse operations, systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support day-to-day operations while driving projects that improve efficiency, service levels, inventory accuracy and overall supply chain performance.
- Analyze operational data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making and design KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Serve as the key user and SME for SAP S/4HANA EWM and SAP WM; troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Continuous Improvement and external partners to implement system improvements.
