As a Supply Chain Systems & Operations Analyst, you will be the link between warehouse operations, business systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will support day-to-day operations while driving projects that improve efficiency, service levels, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
Act as the escalation point for complex warehouse and transportation-related issues. Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center. Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. Drive supply chain optimization projects that enhance customer service and operational effectiveness.
Analyze operational data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making. Design, develop, and automate KPI dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform tools. Provide performance insights and recommendations to warehouse leadership. Prepare business cases and data-driven analyses for process improvement initiatives.
Serve as the key user and subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA EWM, SAP WM, and shipping applications. Troubleshoot system-related issues and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Support inventory management, master data integrity, and warehouse transactions. Participate in system testing, enhancements, and integrations with logistics applications such as ProShip. Work closely with IT teams to resolve incidents and implement system improvements.
Train and support warehouse employees on systems, processes, and best practices. Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Continuous Improvement teams, and external partners. Communicate project progress, KPIs, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders across the business.
