Job summary

vidaXL is seeking a Logistics Process Control Specialist to optimize our global warehouse processes. You will bridge operations and IT, test changes before go-live, document improvements clearly, and train warehouse staff to ensure seamless execution.

You will act as the first point of contact for SAP EWM issues, support continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with SCM and IT to drive efficient, resilient logistics worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP EWM experience and understanding of warehouse processes.
• At least 2 years in a logistics or process role.
• Analytical, structured and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse teams worldwide with SAP EWM issues and process improvements.
• Test new and improved processes and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Serve as the first contact for SAP issues with SCM and IT teams.
• Contribute to system improvements by sharing insights and joining projects.
• Train users and create clear work instructions on site.
