Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data coordination professional to manage master data elements (Material Master, BOM/Recipes, Production Versions) in SAP/ECC, ensuring data quality and timely execution. You will lead analyses for change requests and drive improvements in data processes while coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners.

The role requires a strong background in data processing systems (SAP/OMP+), MS Office, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional business experience or 2+ years with advanced degree.
  • Experience within health care or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Data processing systems (e.g. SAP) required; OMP+ preferred.
  • Supply Chain certifications (e.g. Lean yellow belt) preferred.
  • Procedures & Tools for processing and managing Master Data; GxP requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAP Winshuttle, Data Quality and related data elements.
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural and remote team.
  • English fluently required; local language strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute impact analyses or feasibility studies for change requests.
  • Monitor data operations and data quality processes, including testing and validation.
  • Provide tactical direction to third-party teams and partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of data design, processes and templates.
  • Prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking for department operations.
  • Participate in governance meetings and third-party reviews.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, WIs and data quality catalogs.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate coordination, creation and maintenance of various master data elements (e.g. Material Master, BOM/Recipes, Production Versions, etc.) in SAP/ECC directly and/or through automated workflow system(s).
  • Execute impact analyses or feasibility studies of change requests to ensure optimal material planning, production, release, finance or other processes.
  • Monitor and execute the data operations and data quality process, which may include testing, error handling, data conversion and/or validation, and audit/compliance actions.
  • Provide tactical direction to third-party team(s) and engage with partners on tactical matters.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of existing data design, process, and templates by focusing on business outcomes.
  • Prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking to facilitate efficient operations of the department.
  • Participate in operational and governance meetings including end-to-end and third-party reviews.
  • Collaborate to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and data quality catalogs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional business experience is required or 2+ years with advanced degree.
  • Strong experience and thorough knowledge, preferably within the health care or FMCG industry.
  • Data processing systems (e.g. SAP required, OMP+ preferred)
  • Supply Chain certifications (eg. Lean yellow belt) preferred
  • Procedures & Tools for processing and managing Master Data GxP requirements
  • Business and technical knowledge and understanding of all Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models. (E.g. SAP Winshuttle, Data Quality).
  • A relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector/industry experience.
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
  • Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural and remote team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines, in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly.
  • English fluently required, local language skills strongly preferred.
