Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a Graduation project focused on strengthening manager effectiveness through workforce insights. You will explore decision-making challenges, design practical recommendations, and shape a future-state vision to boost management capabilities across the organization.

The assignment runs for 6 months starting February 2027, within Global HR Services, collaborating with the Distribution domain and HR Partners to enable leaders in making informed people decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into business impact.
• Experience in research and change initiatives is preferred.
• Enrolment in Dutch Education System and residency in The Netherlands is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Map key people decisions across the employee lifecycle and assess HR tools supporting them.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops with managers and HR stakeholders.
• Analyze process, capability, and adoption gaps in data interpretation and decision making.
• Benchmark best practices in manager enablement and data-informed leadership.
• Develop recommendations and a future-state design to improve manager effectiveness.
• Create an implementation roadmap and present findings to HR leadership.
