Are you ready to shape how a global leader in logistics automation develops its future workforce? As Vanderlande’s global Service organization continues to expand, ensuring our teams have the right skills, knowledge, and capabilities is essential. While we invest heavily in training and professional development, there is currently no standardized approach to objectively evaluate team maturity and target improvements where they matter most.
During this internship or graduation project, you will tackle this challenge by designing a practical and scalable capability maturity framework. You will research best practices, engage with international stakeholders, and pilot assessment methodologies across various service teams. By analyzing pilot results and mapping skill gaps, you will deliver actionable recommendations that empower leaders to make data-driven decisions on training investments and workforce readiness.
You will join the Capability Management workstream within the Distribution Service Excellence team. Our team drives organizational performance, workforce growth, and operational readiness across Vanderlande’s global Distribution Service network. We operate across four key areas: Service Operations & Support, Capability Management, Service Development, and Strategic Programs & Governance.
You will work in an international, supportive, and dynamic environment, collaborating with regional service organizations, operational leaders, digital solution experts, and training specialists worldwide. In this role, you will combine research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to directly influence how Vanderlande builds capabilities for long-term success.
