Vanderlande in Veghel, Netherlands seeks a Graduation assignment focused on turning workforce data into business impact. You will explore how managers use HR tools and data to drive decisions across recruitment, development, performance, and workforce planning.

You will design practical recommendations and a future-state vision to boost manager effectiveness, enhance the Manager Hub and Report Shop, and drive adoption through learning interventions and change strategies.

Qualifications

• Mandatory enrolment in Dutch education system and resident of The Netherlands.
• Bachelor or Master in HRM, business admin, organizational psychology or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work with stakeholders globally.
• Experience with qualitative research, change management, or project work is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Map key people decisions throughout the employee lifecycle and assess how HR tools and workforce insights support them.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops with managers and HR stakeholders to identify support needs and barriers to data usage.
• Analyze process, capability, and adoption gaps regarding data interpretation and decision-making.
• Benchmark best practices in manager enablement and data-informed leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and a future-state design to improve manager effectiveness and tool adoption.
• Create an implementation roadmap and present findings to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
