Vanderlande Industries B.V. invites a Bachelor's/Master's student to a 6-month graduation assignment in Veghel, focusing on strengthening manager effectiveness through workforce insights. You'll analyze decision-making barriers and design practical recommendations to boost data-driven leadership.

Collaboration spans Global HR Services, with exposure to the Manager Hub and Report Shop. Join a global team and contribute to change strategies, learning interventions, and an implementation roadmap

Formación

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with interest in organizational effectiveness.
• Experience with qualitative research, change management, or project work is preferred.
• Enrolment in Dutch Education System and residency in The Netherlands is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Map key people decisions throughout the employee lifecycle and assess HR tools and insights support them.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops with managers and HR stakeholders to identify needs and barriers to data usage.
• Analyze process, capability, and adoption gaps for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Benchmark best practices in manager enablement and data-informed leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and a future-state design to improve manager effectiveness and tool adoption.
• Create an implementation roadmap and present findings to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
