Job summary

Viking Europe in Venlo is offering an Internship in Pricing & Customer Behavior. You will join the Pricing Team within Purchasing & Assortment and work across European markets to understand how customers respond to pricing and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will analyze pricing data, run experiments, and develop hypotheses while gaining hands-on experience in pricing, data analysis, and experimentation. Start February 2027 for 5–6 months with strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You are analytical and curious, with a strong interest in customer behavior and pricing.
• You are comfortable working with data and conducting research.
• You can translate data and research findings into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
• You are proactive and eager to test ideas and learn from results.
• You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.
• You are a clear communicator and can present analytical findings in a simple and understandable way.
• You have excellent spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Research how customers in different markets respond to pricing.
• Analyze customer and pricing data to identify behavioral patterns.
• Translate research insights into pricing hypotheses and recommendations.
• Design and run pricing tests to validate hypotheses.
• Track customer behavior and business results during pricing experiments.
• Analyze experiment results and identify key learnings and opportunities for improvement.
• Use insights from previous experiments to develop and improve future pricing recommendations.
• Contribute to additional projects aligned with your strengths and professional interests
