BIM-Connected Consultancy B.V. in Eindhoven is seeking a Business Development Consultant who thrives on building new relationships and opening doors for data-centric information management.

You’ll work with BIM-Connected and Wistor, shaping opportunities with initiative and entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll manage a diverse set of activities from outbound outreach to campaigns, lead nurturing, and event representation.

Qualifications

• Experience with business development, sales, lead generation, or commercial acquisition
• Enjoy approaching new people (yes, including cold outreach)
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and spot opportunities before others do
• Communicate easily and quickly build trust
• Work in a structured way and keep an overview of your leads and actions
• Experience with LinkedIn and online marketing
• Experience with a CRM system is a plus
• You speak and write excellent Dutch
• Speaking and writing professional English is a plus
• Affinity with data, digitalization, BIM, or the built environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Actively approaching new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events
• Following up on leads and maintaining a well-filled sales pipeline
• Building lasting relationships with potential clients
• Scheduling introductory meetings for our consultants and partners
• Spotting market developments and commercial opportunities
• Managing our websites and LinkedIn page
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns and creative content
• Supporting quotes, tenders, and commercial plans
• Representing BIM-Connected and Wistor at events, conferences, and networking gatherings
