Job summary

Datashift is expanding its Dutch leadership with a Director/Partner-level role to drive growth, develop strategic client relationships, and scale the local consulting practice.

You will combine commercial leadership with hands-on engagement, build and coach a high-performing team, and represent Datashift in the Dutch market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, data, digital transformation, or related field.
• Experience as a Director, Associate Partner, Partner, or similar leadership role, or ready to take the next step.
• Strong track record in business development, account growth, and client relationship management.
• Experience building teams, practices, business units, or new markets.
• Strong affinity with data and data-driven transformation.
• Deep expertise in at least one core data domain such as Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, Data Science, or Modern Data Platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
• Well-established professional network in the Dutch market.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

As our Dutch business continues to grow, we are expanding our leadership team with an additional Director. Together with our existing leadership team, you will help shape the next chapter of Datashift’s success in the Netherlands.

Operating at Director or Partner level, you will play a key role in accelerating Datashift’s presence in the Dutch market. You will develop strategic client relationships, drive commercial growth, help expand our consulting practice, and contribute to the long-term success of our Dutch business.

You’ll combine commercial leadership with active involvement in strategic client engagements, remaining close enough to the content to challenge clients, while empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.

Experience as a Director, Associate Partner, Partner, or a similar leadership role, or ready to take the next step.

Experience building teams, practices, business units, or new markets.

Strong affinity with data and data-driven transformation.
