Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue across data centre solutions and critical environments.

You will lead end-to-end sales activities, build strong client relationships, manage tenders and presentations, and collaborate with procurement, HR, and QHS functions to win and deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will also represent CBRE at industry events and nurture a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Experience creating high-quality sales documentation.
• Experience presenting professionally to clients and management.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Target-driven with ability to perform in a high-intensity sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline across target markets.
• Prepare tenders and presentations in line with CBRE standards.
• Represent CBRE at industry events and network with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with procurement, HR, QHS and other functions to win and deliver.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance and sign-off for new opportunities.
