Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a CSA Lead to oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of a major Data Centre project, from design to handover.

The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and adept stakeholder management in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, scheduling, and reports, while ensuring safety compliance and high-quality delivery in collaboration with clients, design teams, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a construction, civil, structural, or engineering discipline.
• Proven CSA leadership experience on large-scale data centre or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA works, sequencing, and high-technology coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CSA delivery from design through to handover.
• Manage budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and performance.
• Set up CSA activities with robust reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with Client, Design Teams and Project Management to align scope and programme.
• Monitor client satisfaction and communicate progress on cost and milestones.
• Promote Health & Safety compliance and a strong safety culture.
