Qualifications
Must have or be able to complete Safety for Operational Supervisors training (VCA) and OSHA 30 shortly after start of employment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment operates at peak efficiency.
Conduct periodic inspections and maintain mechanical equipment rooms.
Collaborate on preventive maintenance programs and improve efficiency.
Skills
Working knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Education
MBO 2
Mechanical and/or Electrical training/education with focus in power
LV/HV authorized to switch Certificate (NEN3140-NEN3840)
