TITANICOM is hiring IT Operations Technicians to support international data center operations and large-scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or Telecommunications.
• No prior experience required — candidates will receive onboarding and technical training.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent learning ability and willingness to develop technical skills.
• Strong execution capability and ability to follow SOP standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
• Local language + English, or Local language + Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24×7 IDC operation and maintenance support.
• Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and complete tasks per SLA.
• Perform routine inspections and identify operational risks.
• Record incidents and prepare preliminary reports.
• Follow SOPs to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Support installation, racking, deployment, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with site surveys, on-site supervision, and project delivery support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data center operations.
