Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Netherlands B.V. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform inspection, maintenance, commissioning and servicing on high‑availability data center installations, including HV/LV systems, emergency power, UPS, refrigeration, air conditioning and climate control.

The role requires availability for 7x24 operations. You will install and supervise electrical and mechanical installations, handle incoming customer requests, support SLAs, resolve queries, supervise

Qualifications

MBO degree in a technical field required.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of data center infrastructure.
Fluent English; fluent Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

Installation and supervision of electrical and mechanical installations as well as execution and supervision of maintenance activities
Handling all incoming customer requests
Assisting in handling day‑to‑day operational and technical tasks to meet SLAs
Resolving customer queries or escalating requests to resolve them
Supervision of contractors for data center projects and upgrades
Preparation and support of customer implementation projects
Maintain detailed written records of all work activities
Creating and developing SOPs/MOPs/EOPs
