Job summary

Walker & Dunlop’s WDTech is seeking a Data Analyst II to contribute across the analytical lifecycle. You will build Power BI dashboards, shape data releases, and deliver business insights to product and field teams.

Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate data into actionable recommendations. You will curate data sources, ensure data quality, and document technical definitions while supporting governance and operational efficiency as the company scales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar.
• Exposure to Python 3.5+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and curate existing data sources to support product and business decisions.
• Own defined components of the analytical lifecycle from exploration to insight delivery.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Perform data wrangling and transformations using SQL in analytical databases.
• Support data management and governance with SOPs for data ingestion and datamart creation.
• Analyze user engagement and product data to identify optimization opportunities.
