Job summary

Sia, a global management consulting group, is seeking a Data Analyst to help clients maximize the value of their data. You will advise on data management, develop data strategies, and translate these into practical solutions across governance, quality, and integration initiatives.

You will work on varied projects with a client-focused mindset, contributing to data architecture, interoperability, and training.

Qualifications

HBO/WO degree completed.
Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
At least 1 year of knowledge in (meta)data management and data quality solutions.
Data and technical skills: data cleaning, data visualization, ML, big data tools, data warehousing; programming languages a plus.
Strong vision for data management within organizations.

Responsibilities

Advise on data management, develop data strategies, and translate into workable solutions to maximize data value.
Involve in all project phases, from governance to data quality implementations.
Identify improvement opportunities through thorough analyses of data sources and processes.
Design and implement data architecture and models for interoperability and scalability.
Provide insights and training to help clients manage and use data effectively.
