Qualifications

• Completed WO Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Young graduate or several years of experience in a similar position.
• Good skills in Python and another analytical language.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sia consultants on analytical assignments.
• Identify business problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop statistical methods to solve operational problems.
• Ensure insights translate into business impact.
• Present results and conduct workshops at customer sites.
