Job summary

Sia is recruiting senior data science consultants in Amsterdam to take charge of complex models and client projects. You will work across practice areas to deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics, while developing offerings and contributing to publication plans.

You will lead end-to-end projects, manage client relationships, and supervise juniors, with opportunities to work on international assignments and in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in a quantitative field with 3+ years of data science experience.
• Strong statistics and quantitative analysis knowledge with practical model experience.
• Proficient in Python; scripting languages (R, Matlab, JS, Bash) or compiled (C++, Java).
• Professional level Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects and report to the manager and client.
• Develop and strengthen offers through training and publications.
• Contribute to client proposals and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Supervise consultants and develop junior staff's skills.
• Manage client relationships with mid-level contacts and ensure delivery quality.
