Job summary

Sia in Amsterdam is seeking a Data Analytics Consultant who will deliver data-driven strategies for clients, bridging business goals with technical execution.

You will build dashboards, perform data prep, and present insights to non-technical stakeholders while collaborating across local and international teams. With a Master's degree and up to three years of experience, you will grow through mentoring, innovation, and exposure to sustainability-focused analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting or industry role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience presenting complex ideas to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and shape solution blueprints through workshops and mock-ups.
• Prepare and validate data by mapping, extracting, cleaning, enriching, and performing feature engineering to establish stable datasets for analysis.
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using advanced visualization tools.
• Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to extract actionable insights for decision-making.
• Translate complex findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply innovative analytics approaches to enhance services.
• Provide guidance and support to business users and team members to foster a data-driven culture.
