Job summary

Reddit in Amsterdam is seeking a New Business Client Partner to expand our Mid-Market footprint in the DACH region. You will own strategic bets, forecast revenue, and build a book of business on the company ads platform.

The role requires 6+ years in online media sales, a broad DACH client network, and fluency in German and English. You’ll attend the Amsterdam office in person and collaborate with Account Managers to grow mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in online media sales, platform experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with new business acquisition and unstructured work environments.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new clients, establishing mutually beneficial relationships and educating them on Reddit and the company ads platform.
• Act as the CEO of your book of business, owning strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor.
• Work with Sales Ops Lead to develop a book of business and outbound sales pipeline.
• Communicate feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products to advocate for customers and improve team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to build mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit.
