Job summary

United Legwear & Apparel Co. (ULAC) is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage the DACH wholesale portfolio, ensuring healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You will oversee the full credit process, from risk management to payment allocations, working with Sales, Logistics, and Finance in a fast-paced international setting. The role requires 3+ years in credit control, English and German fluency, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Credit Control, AR, or Collections.
• Experience managing a customer portfolio independently.
• ERP experience; Exenta preferred.
• Experience with credit management platforms is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and German; Dutch or French helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full credit control process for the DACH customer portfolio.
• Monitor aged debt and proactively collect outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor plans.
• Resolve customer disputes and account queries.
• Maintain detailed customer communication and records.
• Apply and remove delivery blocks per credit policies.
• Release orders following payment or approved credit limits.
• Support insurance and intercompany balance reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance.
