Job summary

Patagonia Amsterdam is hiring a Credit Controller to manage accounts receivable for our wholesale markets across EMEA. You will monitor payments, apply credit policies, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian, with Portuguese a plus. You will work in a hybrid setup, up to three days remote, supporting timely cash collections and accurate multi-currency postings.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable across multiple currencies.
• Ability to evaluate credit risk and apply internal policies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for assigned Wholesale markets across EMEA.
• Process and allocate multicurrency payments and post accurately.
• Perform credit risk checks for new and existing accounts.
• Resolve order and invoice discrepancies with Sales and Dealer Service teams.
• Reconcile multicurrency bank accounts and prepare month-end reports.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone and email to monitor payment plans.
