Job summary

Nedap seeks a Business Development Representative for the DACH region, based in Groenlo, NL, with hybrid work options. You will identify and cultivate key accounts, engage with stakeholders, and coordinate with Sales Managers and Partners to drive opportunities.

You’ll work in a dynamic market solutions team, collaborating across regions and customers, expanding Nedap’s security solutions and overall growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, with a degree in a commercial field or equivalent background.
• Experience with outreach and proactive acquisition or a keen willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing key accounts across the DACH region.
• Conduct discovery calls with stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and enable Sales Managers with context to advance conversations.
• Collaborate with marketing, partners, and colleagues on ABM campaigns and events.
• Manage inbound leads and keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
