Job summary

Priva is seeking a Business Application Specialist to optimize the D365 CE environment and related business applications. You will analyze business needs, map processes, perform fit-gap analyses, and design solutions, while advising internal customers on opportunities and changes within IT.

You will join the IT Business Applications team and collaborate with technical and functional colleagues. You bring about 3 years of D365 CE experience, strong analytical abilities, and you can communicate

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with D365 CE including related modules.
• Experience delivering in an ERP/CRM environment with continuous deployment.
• Strong analytical, requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and programming logic (JavaScript).
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate management of D365 CE and other business apps.
• Lead risk and impact analyses and prioritize implementations.
• Provide high-quality business advice and support.
• Engage stakeholders across levels to ensure project success.
• Facilitate functional workshops and user trainings.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to implement improvements.
• Act as project lead on select D365 CE and other app projects.
• Apply DevOps practices for CI/CD and teamwork.
