Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in the Netherlands to manage a growing client base within the Fox-IT division. You will be the primary contact for your clients, leading service reviews and driving value while ensuring SLAs are met.

The role requires a mix of relationship management, cybersecurity awareness, and willingness to travel to clients, with options for flexible hours and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Affinity for IT and cybersecurity.
• Clear vision of client relationship management.
• Possibly ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience in a role with direct customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel to clients as needed.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned clients.
• Increase contract value while improving clients' cybersecurity.
• Lead formal and ad-hoc client meetings and manage escalations.
• Collaborate closely with the account management team.
• Ensure services align with contracted SLAs.
• Analyze service usage and perceived value.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
