Job summary

Banyan Software, Zoetermeer, Netherlands, seeks an Account Manager (32-40 hours) to grow our European cybersecurity sales. You’ll drive new business, demo the Arda platform, and ensure customer happiness, with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing scale-up.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B/IT sales, fluent Dutch, CRM familiarity, and a commercial mindset. Hybrid work with 1–2 days in Zoetermeer is supported.

Qualifications

• Around 1 to 3 years of work experience in B2B or IT sales.
• MBO or HBO working and thinking level.
• Commercial talent, enthusiasm and persuasiveness.
• Fluent Dutch; English is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approaching new customers across the Dutch market.
• Organising market targeting with the call agency.
• Generating leads through campaigns.
• Giving online demos of the Arda platform.
• Fulfilling customer needs and issuing quotations.
• Keeping the CRM up to date with notes and follow-ups.
• Following up on quotations until the deal closes.
