Job summary

Intuitive in Amsterdam seeks a Manager, Customer Training to lead and scale training center operations across markets, optimize centers, and drive innovative training programs for da Vinci system technologies. You will develop regional Customer Training teams, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education, and ensure competency through onboarding, recertification, and ongoing development, reporting to the Sr.

Manager, Area.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience including 4+ years of Training / Professional Education experience.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with customers.
Experience building and leading high-performing training teams and managing training projects with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Establish and expand training centers to support regional needs.
Deliver quarterly training center business reviews.
Leverage state-of-the-art technologies to maximize training effectiveness and measure outcomes.
Hire, onboard, and develop training team members.
Maintain competency and currency on training protocols with onboarding and annual recertification.
Coordinate training schedules to fit market needs and available programs.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and international peers to harmonize processes.
Support clinical education programs and surgeon-focused training in the region.
Deliver training activities at designated centers and in hospitals or labs as needed.
