YEARTH Academy in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Manager Training Programs to own the complete Customer Journey for participants, combining a personal approach with high-quality outcomes.

You will lead the Sales Advisory and Customer Success team, fostering ownership and collaboration, and you will advise participants on suitable training programs when needed. You will work with marketing, trainers, and partner locations to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Professional point of contact for internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented and driven to exceed goals.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer journey with the Sales Advisory and Customer Success team.
• Encourage ownership and collaboration within the team.
• Advise participants on suitable training programs when necessary.
• Work on quality improvements and customer satisfaction daily.
• Review and improve internal processes and results.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, trainers, and partner locations.
