Job summary

Oracle Health seeks a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers using Oracle Health and Fusion Cloud Applications. You will drive adoption, measurable value, renewals, and transformations across ERP, HCM, and analytics with senior stakeholder collaboration.

You will coordinate diverse Oracle teams to ensure successful deployments, ongoing adoption, and proactive risk management while building trusted executive relationships and customer advocates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, implementation, healthcare technology, enterprise applications, or a related field
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business priorities, adoption goals, and measurable outcomes
• Drive adoption, optimization, and value realization across Oracle Health and Fusion applications
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, simplify operations, and strengthen solution utilization
• Lead executive business reviews, value discussions, account planning, and roadmap conversations
• Track customer KPIs, priorities, risks, milestones, and committed actions
• Coordinate Oracle teams to resolve issues and advance customer objectives
• Support customers through implementations, go-lives, upgrades, cloud transformations, adoption initiatives, and renewals
• Manage service performance, escalations, code currency, and customer risks proactively
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, develop customer advocates and success stories, and identify growth opportunities with Sales
