Customer Services Support Operator

We Are Renewables is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Support Operator for our Private Emergency Center!

Responsibilities:

• Informing customers about the progress of incident handling with a customer-oriented approach.

• Answering and handling incoming telephone calls and emails with clear communication and solution orientation.

• Dispatching service technicians and coordinating their efforts to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and streamlined operation of the alarm center

• Contributing to improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Careful and precise working attitude.

• Strong problem-solving skills and stress resistance due to time pressure for alarm handling.

• Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.

• Decisiveness in making crucial decisions.

• Flexibility to work during the day (70%) and in the evenings, nights and weekends (30%).

• Ability to quickly switch between different tasks and priorities.• Experience in a private emergency center or call center is an advantage.

• A Security Guard 2 diploma and/or basic Emergency Center Operator training is a plus.

• Candidates must live within a radius of 40 kilometers from the location due to availability.

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
