We ARE Renewables is looking for a Project Engineer Electrical for one of our clients in The Hague for Data Centers where their projects are carried worldwide. As a Busbar Engineer you design the rail channel systems that provide the most important energy distribution in the data centers. But this could also be a project in industry, for example. As long as they are challening projects, we participate.

Your responsibilities:

• Electrical development of a design;
• Developing a technical design in a 3D environment;
• Address issues that may relate to layout, component selection, fire safety, mechanical interfacing, electrical auxiliray systems and cabling;
• Coordinating the interfaces with colleagues responsible for designing low-voltage distributions, medium-voltage systems or E-houses;
• Review basic technical and detailed designs;
• Proactively maintain contact with the customer, taking commercial aspects into account;
• Organize and attend factory (FAT) with the customer;
• Provide support from the office during installation and commissioning;
• Handling remaining items and ensuring proper project completion;
• Initiating and developing improvement proposals.

Your profile:

• Experience of minimum 3 years (preferably in an international project environment);
• Accurate, critical and a broad technical interest;
• Able to work both independently and in a team;
• Flexible work attitude, practical and results-oriented;
• Communicative and involved;
• Stress-resistant and able to act in a hectic environment;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, Dutch is an advantage;
• Willingness to work for a shorter period on location at customers and production locations at home and abroad.

Hours per week: 40 hours
