Enza Zaden in Enkhuizen, The Netherlands, is seeking a Team Lead Customer Service to guide a team of 5-7 specialists and drive service excellence across the customer journey. You will work with Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order handling, high service levels, and continuous process improvement.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 3+ years of leadership in customer-focused settings, and are fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams within Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Experience working with service level management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A strong understanding of operational processes and customer support within an international business environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to engage teams, drive change, and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-7 Customer Service Specialists to create a high-performing and engaged team.
• Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support individual development plans.
• Ensure excellent execution of order-to-cash processes and deliveries.
• Monitor and improve service performance through KPIs, customer feedback, complaints, and continuous improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers for efficient collaboration.
• Drive change and lead improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
