Job summary

Stericycle in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our transport team. The role requires a 40-hour week, strong flexibility with working hours, and driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence with C category.
• Code 95 and a digital driver card.
• VCA certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Working a 40 hour week as the key point of customer contact and ensuring documentation is reconciled and a certificate of destruction issued via handheld terminal.
• In addition, oversee collection, movement and unloading of confidential waste paper and electronic storage devices for clients across various sectors.

Position Purpose:

As part of a busy transport team, our CSRs are responsible for the collection, destruction, movement and unloading of confidential waste paper and electronic storage devices on behalf of various customers within the professional, financial and retail industries.

Key Job Activities:

Working a 40 hour week and acting as a key point of customer contact, you will also be expected to reconcile/complete all relevant documentation and issue a certificate of destruction via a hand-held terminal.

Experience (EMEAA):

• Driving Experience

Certifications and/or Licenses:

Full driving licence with C driving license.

Code 95 and digital driver card
