Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Remote from Greece or on-site in Athens, you will join an international team, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards. Training provided and relocation support available for Greece relocation.

Qualifications

In this role, you will assist customers with their enquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level;
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• A customer-oriented approach and a professional attitude;
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team;
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Location and Work Model

Choose one of the following options:

• Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece after completing the initial onboarding process in Athens, Geeece
• On-site: Work from the company's office in Athens.

Salary

• €1,500 gross per salary payment, paid 14 times per year.
• Equivalent to approximately €1,750 gross per month, averaged over 12 months.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating to Athens, the company offers:

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation near the office during the initial relocation and training period;
• Financial relocation assistance of up to €300 towards flights or other relocation expenses.
