Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with enquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities include handling Dutch and English communications via email, chat, and phone; resolving inquiries, offering guidance, and escalating complex cases when needed. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform.

In this role, you will assist customers with their enquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;

Location and Work Model

Choose one of the following options:

• Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece after completing the initial onboarding process in Athens, Geeece
• On-site: Work from the company's office in Athens.

Salary

• €1,500 gross per salary payment, paid 14 times per year.
• Equivalent to approximately €1,750 gross per month, averaged over 12 months.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating to Athens, the company offers:

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation near the office during the initial relocation and training period;
• Financial relocation assistance of up to €300 towards flights or other relocation expenses.
