Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling Dutch and English inquiries via email, chat and phone, guiding customers, and escalating complex issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction standards.

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform.

In this role, you will assist customers with their enquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;

• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;

Location and Work Model

Choose one of the following options:

• Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece after completing the initial onboarding process in Athens, Geeece
• On-site: Work from the company's office in Athens.

Salary

• €1,500 gross per salary payment, paid 14 times per year.
• Equivalent to approximately €1,750 gross per month, averaged over 12 months.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating to Athens, the company offers:

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation near the office during the initial relocation and training period;
• Financial relocation assistance of up to €300 towards flights or other relocation expenses.
