Job summary

MiniMed is looking for a Customer Care & Supply Chain professional to support Order-To-Cash activities from Heerlen. The role is hybrid (office 2/3 days in Heerlen) and runs on a 12-month FTC ending 30 November 2027. Fluency in English and Dutch, and experience with SAP CRM are essential.

You will interact with patients, clinical staff and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, improve processes and ensure high customer satisfaction across global operations.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document customer/patient specifics in internal systems; maintain data quality.
• Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives and standardisation efforts.

About the Role

By joining Customer Care & Supply Chain (CC&SC), you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world.

Working in CC&SC means being close to our customers, patients, and critical people inside hospitals, (nurses, physicians, procurement departments, suppliers, national health care bodies and others) and internally you get to interact with many key stakeholders and functions (sales, pricing, marketing, etc.).

The role is based at the Heerlen office (hybrid working model 3/2). Monday/ Tuesday and Thursday being office days and is a 12 MONTH FTC up to and including 30/11/2027.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide day-to-day support in MiniMed's Order-To-Cash processes:
  • Provide a professional level of support to patients, Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team.
  • Contribute to the company goals in the areas of customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for handling all incoming calls and e-mails to shared mailboxes, prioritizing urgent enquiries/orders, and taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Be responsible for issue resolution and reactive communication towards the customer/patient.
  • Contribute to process improvement / standardization (internal/external) and be able to participate or lead projects.
  • Be responsible for capturing and documenting customer/patient specificities in internal systems.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Language: fluent English, Dutch
• Previous experience with CRM systems - Preferably SAP
• Strong communication skills;
• Structured way of working, resilience and customer orientation
