HirePrime is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone, email or chat, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure a positive experience.

This onsite role in Groningen requires 0-2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will handle orders, returns and account updates, maintain accurate records, and meet performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction.
