The ideal candidate will possess a university degree, extensive experience in Customer Success, and strong skills in KPI-driven project management. Excellent command of English and/or German is essential.

Offering a compensation of EUR 3,000 - EUR 3,500 monthly, along with various benefits including travel allowance and vacation bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Customer Success.
• Strong experience with KPI analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan and manage projects, driving performance and quality improvements.
• Enhance documentation processes and manage external partners.
