Redcare Pharmacy, Europe's No. 1 e-pharmacy, is seeking a Business Performance Coordinator (m/f/d) to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational performance. You will work closely with teams to coordinate projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and service levels.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
Proficient in advanced Excel and familiar with MS Office, Python, and SQL.
Experience with ERP systems and interest in cloud-based platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Create performance reports that support strategic decision-making.
